Job Position – Project Manager

Civil Engineering Background

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

With a Civil Engineering background to lead and oversee infrastructure and road construction projects, including highways, bridges, and earthworks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with ADNOC, municipality projects, and reputed civil contracting companies within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and site supervision.
-Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
-Monitor daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
-Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and workforce.
-Ensure timely procurement and optimal utilization of heavy machinery and equipment.
-Prepare and submit project progress reports, schedules, and budget updates to senior management.
-Identify project risks, provide solutions, and manage challenges under high-pressure conditions.
-Liaise with ADNOC, municipalities, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
-Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations and company goals.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
-Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, roads, bridges, and earthworks
-Proven track record in managing ADNOC and municipality projects
-Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and project planning tools
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
-Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
-Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Salary : Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
