-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-20+ years of proven experience in the Dubai construction industry
-Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, and BOQs
-Proven experience managing site operations, subcontractors, and consultants
-Familiarity with Dubai authority regulations, approvals, and HSE standards
-Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
-PMP Certification required .
