HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER
Hiring for an experienced project manager:
Responsibilities
– Determine and define project scope and objectives
– Coordinate with the procurement team, MEP team and post tender team to manage site conditions and ensure proper site execution
– Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirement
– Meeting deadline and deliver the project with minimum snags
– Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the management and arrange a weekly meeting with the team to solve any issues
– Coordinate with subcontractors and in house teams of supervisors to execute the scope of work on site
– Utilize best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution, monitor progress and adjust as needed
– Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
– Daily site visits
– Proper handling of supervisors on site for any delay in the projects
