Project Manager

A reputable UAE organization with 13 successful subsidiaries across Aluminium, Glass, Waterproofing, Joinery, and Care Services, is hiring for an experienced and results-driven to join our team and oversee projects across the group.

Location : Abu Dhabi / Dubai
Department: Projects

Key Responsibilities
-Manage multiple projects and supervise Project Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
-Lead and guide Project Engineers and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
-Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
-Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments on all project activities.
-Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
-Plan and manage project execution to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
-Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
-Ensure the timely preparation and submission of monthly payment applications and all supporting documentation.
-Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and filing systems.
-Support management in resolving operational and project-related issues effectively.

Requirements
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
-Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management within the Construction, MEP, Aluminium, Glass, Waterproofing, or related industries
-Leadership: Proven experience managing multiple projects, Project Engineers, and site teams
-Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, documentation, and contract administration
-Communication: Excellent coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
-Driving License: UAE Driving License is an advantage
