Job Position – Project Manager
Company Name – Alutal Aluminium and Glass
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hiring a highly experienced to lead our facade and glazing projects across the UAE. You will take full ownership of project delivery from handover by the estimation team through to final client sign-off, ensuring strict adherence to quality, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end execution of aluminium and glass facade projects (curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors).
-Act as the primary point of contact for main contractors, consultants, and clients, managing expectations and resolving site issues proactively.
-Oversee site engineers, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure daily progress aligns with the baseline program.
– Identify, document, and commercially manage Variation Orders (VOs) to protect project margins.
-Coordinate closely with the factory production team to ensure materials are fabricated and delivered in sequence with site readiness.
-Ensure strict compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards on site.
Requirements:
-Minimum 6–8 years of direct experience in aluminium and glass contracting within the UAE/GCC.
-Proven track record of successfully delivering mid-to-large scale facade projects.
-Strong commercial acumen, specifically in managing VOs and payment certificates.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
