Property Consultant Jobs in Dubai
About the job
We are urgently looking for a passionate and energetic Property Consultant preferably with real estate experience for our company:
· Speaking knowledge of Arabic, Russian & any other European languages.
· Develop own property commercial market knowledge through research; competitor analysis, property market direction, specific location prices.
· Ensure the best possible service is provided to clients.
· Attend to leads received from online portals, team coordinator rotation list, marketing campaigns, requesting referrals from existing clients, as well as other external agencies for potential shared deals.
· Continuously build relationships with commercial and residential building staff (security guards, facilities managers, etc.) to source and develop new business opportunities.
· Work with Marketing for new projects to ensure the best platform and visuals to advertise.
· Solicit and compile listings of sale and/or rental properties.
· Obtain leads and meets with clients to understand their requirements.
· Experience in industries such as Real Estate, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or any other high profile industry background will be preferred.
