Requirements:
-Any Engineering degree.
-Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Property Management
-Oversee daily operations of assigned properties including building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, etc.
-Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their technical and service-related concerns.
-Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and stakeholders for engineering-related improvements.
-Arabic and/or Bilingual is preferred.
