Job Position – QA/ QC Engineer – Fit out

Looking for a quality-focused QA/QC Engineer to own all quality assurance and control activities across high-end interior fit-out projects — ensuring every handover is defect-free and fully compliant with UAE regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop & implement project-specific ITPs, QCPs, and QMS procedures (ISO 9001:2015)
– Conduct rigorous pre-, in-progress & post-installation inspections of materials and workmanship
– Manage the full NCR lifecycle — identification, CAPA, root cause analysis, closure
– Oversee mock-up and sample approval processes for bespoke finishes and specialist systems
– Coordinate all authority inspections — DM, DCD, Trakhees — for permits and final approvals
– Lead digital snagging & de-snagging (SnagR / Field wire) to achieve zero-defect handover
– Audit subcontractors and approve trade ITPs and method statements
– Drive ‘right first time’ culture through toolbox talks and on-site quality training
REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven UAE fit-out QA/QC experience (commercial, retail, or hospitality)
– Solid grasp of ISO 9001:2015, ITPs, NCRs, and CAPA management
– Familiarity with DM, DCD, and Trakhees approval processes
– Experience with digital snagging tools and handover dossier compilation
– Knowledge of fire-rated materials and Dubai Civil Defense certification requirements
