Job Position – QA/QC – Joinery & Civil Works
Company Name – Across Designs
Location: UAE
Experience: 3–5+ years of UAE experience
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE in QA/QC, preferably within joinery, civil works, interior fit-out, or renovation projects.
– Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and project specifications.
– Experience in residential/home renovation projects in the UAE will be a strong advantage.
– Ability to conduct inspections and identify quality issues before they become problems.
– Strong knowledge of method statements, ITPs, checklists, material inspections, and quality documentation.
– Meticulous, organized, and highly attentive to detail.
– Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining quality standards.
– Good communication and reporting skills.
– Relevant technical qualification/certification will be an advantage.
