Job Position – Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities:
Perform incoming quality inspection of raw materials, packing materials, and chemicals.
Conduct in-process quality inspections during production.
Inspect finished goods before dispatch to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to approved specifications and procedures.
Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained in production and warehouse areas.
Verify compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene protocols, and safety procedures.
Ensure production processes comply with ISO standards and the company’s Quality Management System.
Conduct routine line inspections and identify quality-related issues.
Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Monitor product appearance, sealing quality, batch coding, labeling, weight, fragrance, moisture level, and overall product quality.
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
Assist during internal and external quality audits.
Report non-conformances and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Requirements:
Experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and quality management systems.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
