Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Pure Water Technology
Hiring a skilled and experienced Tender / Pre-Contracts to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities :
-Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets.
-Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
-Prepare tender documentation and manage the tendering process.
-Prepare and issue RFQs (Requests for Quotations) based on approved BOQs.
-Evaluate supplier and contractor quotations and prepare tender evaluation reports.
-Support procurement and pre-contract commercial activities.
-Monitor project costs against budgets during the design development stage.
-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
-Identify value engineering opportunities and cost optimization solutions.
-Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
Requirements :
-Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on pre-contract and tendering.
-Proven experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender management.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or other Quantity Surveying software.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
-Experience in infrastructure projects.
-Previous experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) projects will be a distinct advantage.
