Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Fäm Contracting
Hiring for an experienced and detail-oriented to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
-Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
-Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
-Request, review, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
-Prepare interim payment applications and variation orders
-Monitor project costs and control expenditures
-Measure completed works and verify subcontractor payments
-Assist with contract administration and claims management
-Coordinate with project teams for accurate cost reporting
-Prepare regular progress and financial reports
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
-Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost control
-Good knowledge of construction contracts and methods
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software
-Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
