Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Al Farah
Hiring an experienced with strong expertise in estimation, billing, cost control, and contract management to join our team
Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimations and tender submissions
Perform elemental cost planning and cost analysis
Develop value engineering proposals
Handle cost planning, cost control, and budget tracking
Prepare interim/monthly valuations
Assist with progress measurements, payment certificates, and subcontractor bills
Manage contracts and subcontracts
Oversee project billing and rate analysis
Conduct market forecasting and estimation activities
Review consultants’ and contractors’ work to ensure efficient use of project materials
Prepare BOQ variations when required
Support additional project and company requirements as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in the GCC.
Proficiency in Excel- Mandatory
Strong expertise in Quantity Surveying, billing, estimation, and cost management
Location: Asab,Abudhabi
