Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review MEP quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
2. Prepare interim payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.
3. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, review claims, and assist with subcontract administration.
4. Monitor project costs, material quantities, and budget variations throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Coordinate with MEP engineers, project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate quantity and cost management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, including UAE construction experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
Experience with high-rise building projects is preferred.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant quantity surveying software.
5. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred.
