Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction-related quantity surveying
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Qatar’s regulations.
4.Familiar with cost management software and MS Office.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. GCC experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
2. Conduct quantity take-offs, valuations, and tender documentation.
3. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Ensure compliance with local standards and procurement strategies.
5. Advise on project risks and cost controls.
