Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name –
Estimation (pre-contract) with 4-5 years of UAE building project experience. This opportunity demands expertise, experience, and a commitment to excellence in the dynamic field of construction estimation.
Qualification:
-Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or equivalent.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plan Swift software or similar software.
Experiences:
-Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE Construction (Building projects) experience in a similar role.
-Experience in Quantity take-off for Buildings and associated infrastructure Projects.
-Expertise in studying tender documents and preparation of queries.
-Experience in preparing detailed BOQ for Costing purposes.
-Prepare sub-contractor / Supplier packages and get prices from relevant companies.
– Prepare Tender BOQ for submission.
Prepare MTO for jobs.
-Ability to support the Project team by preparing Budgets, Variation orders, Cost analysis, and identifying the losses and Gains of the project in terms of resources and time.
-Ability to Claims Management – preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of contractual claims.
-Ability to Cost Reporting – Prepare regular cost reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow.
-Projections and financial analysis.
-Ability to communicate effectively.
– Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
-Experience in Govt. tenders.
