Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Designsmith
-7+ Years of UAE Experience is Mandatory
-Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and procurement.
-Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (CostX, PlanSwift, etc.).
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for fit-out projects.
-Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site teams for smooth execution.
-Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
