Job Position – Quantity Surveyors

A well-established UAE main contractor delivering complex, high-value building projects across the UAE. With a strong project pipeline and long-term client relationships, we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking high-calibre Quantity Surveyors to join us during a period of sustained growth.
This role is suited to a commercially astute, hands-on QS who thrives in a fast-paced main contractor environment and wants long-term stability, exposure, and progression within a reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities
-Full commercial and contractual management of multi-storey buildings and villa projects from pre-award through to final account
-Preparation, assessment, and negotiation of variations, claims, and final accounts
-Strong involvement in subcontractor procurement, tender evaluation, award, and ongoing commercial administration
-Contract administration under FIDIC including notices, records, and entitlement management
-Preparation of interim valuations, payment applications, and commercial reports
-Accurate measurement using CostX and similar other software
-Managing subcontractor performance, payments, and commercial risk
-Proactive identification of cost and contractual risks and opportunities
-Effective communication with project teams, consultants, and senior management
Candidate Profile
-Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
-4+ years’ experience with a top-tier main contractor (UAE experience essential)
-Proven experience delivering multi-storey building projects and villas
-Strong working knowledge of CostX and similar software
-Confident in subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and commercial management
-Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
-Proactive, organised, and resilient, with the ability to manage workload and priorities
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
