Job Position – Real Estate Admin Coordinator
Company Name – Sidelah
Location: Business Bay (Onsite)
Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Only candidates currently available in the UAE with real estate administrative experience will be considered. Overseas applications will not be accepted.
To support real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have experience listing properties on major UAE property portals and handling documentation related to property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
-List and manage property listings on portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
-Prepare and manage real estate transaction documents and forms
-Coordinate with agents, clients, and management
-Maintain accurate property and client records
-Ensure compliance with real estate documentation requirements
-Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Requirements:
-Must be currently located in the UAE
-Minimum 1 year of real estate admin experience in UAE
-Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, or similar portals
-Knowledge of real estate documentation and processes
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask
