Requirements for the position:
Strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate Industry
UAE Driving license
Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE real estate market
Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to reach his/ her monthly target
Will be responsible for working in a target-driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity for sales
Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship with them
Promote continuous improvement, set goals and objective
One of the highest commission slab pay-out rates in the Dubai real estate market, starting from 60% from first property deal and it goes up to 75% based on the monthly overall achievements (commission only role)
