Job Position – Real Estate Telecaller

-Salary: Up to INR 40,000/month (based on experience, skills, and profile suitability)
Job Requirements:
-Proven experience in real estate telecalling, lead generation, and customer qualification.
-Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
-Strong ability to qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and identify genuine buying opportunities.
-Experience handling real estate inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
-Good knowledge of customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion techniques.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contact and engage with potential clients through outbound calls.
-Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
-Conduct follow-ups and maintain effective communication with prospects.
-Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
-Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems.
-Build strong client relationships through professional and consultative communication.
