Job Position – Receptionist
Company Name – Berkeley Services
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate.
Arrange board room & meeting room bookings.
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Provide appropriate personal support in a confidential manner.
Qualifications
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills
Team player – able to cooperate and work well with colleagues.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
