Job Position – Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain daily attendance reports.
– Handle document renewals (visa, passport, etc.) and maintain personnel records.
– Support recruitment: shortlisting, scheduling, and hiring documentation.
– Manage flight bookings for staff leaves.
– Draft internal memos and coordinate communication.
– Maintain company records and backup files.
– Answer client inquiries regarding company services.
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office
