Job Position – Recruitment Officer

Hiring a highly skilled and experienced
To join team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience within the UAE, with a strong background in Facilities Management, Contracting, and Oil & Gas sectors, and hands-on experience in onboarding and mobilization processes
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, operational, and administrative roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with experience in FM, contracting, and Oil & Gas industries.
Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower requirements and project-based hiring plans.
Having a proven track record in both overseas and staff hiring.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of UAE-based recruitment experience in Facilities Management, Contracting
Strong knowledge of technical job roles across MEP, civil, Fire, HVAC, and oilfield operations.
Proven experience in onboarding, mobilization, and employee induction.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication in both English and Hindi, time management, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
