What You’ll Do
– Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients at home
– Conduct assessments and administer medications
– Maintain accurate and timely medical records
– Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
– Educate patients and families on treatments and health management
Qualifications
Valid DOH/DHA Nursing License (or eligible to obtain one)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience in diverse, multilingual healthcare environments is a plus
Patient-focused and adaptable to modern medical technologies
