Job Position – Renting Agent
Company Name – Build Homes Real Estate Brokerage
For generating leads, understanding and presenting rental properties, engaging with customers, negotiating rental agreements, and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. You’ll help clients find their ideal rental spaces and drive business growth through your expertise in the rental market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate and follow up on leads for rental properties.
-Assist clients with renting apartments, villas, townhouses, and offices.
-Negotiate rental terms and close rental agreements.
-Stay updated on market trends and available rental properties.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in property rentals (real estate experience is a plus).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Fluent in English and Arabic (French, Spanish, or Russian is a plus).
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
-Expertise in dealing with renting apartments, villas, townhouses, and offices.
