As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented RCM Manager to join our team and lead our revenue cycle operations with excellence, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all billing and collections processes.
About the Role
The RCM Manager will oversee billing, claims, collections, payer relations, and compliance. This role is key to sustaining our financial health while supporting our mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
-Leading the RCM team to deliver accurate billing, timely claims, and efficient collections
-Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement
-Managing payer contracting, credentialing, and compliance
-Resolving denials, underpayments, and reimbursement issues
-Collaborating with clinical and admin teams to ensure proper documentation
-Reporting financial and operational metrics to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
-6+ years in revenue cycle management; home healthcare experience a plus
-Knowledge of billing, payer requirements, and compliance
-Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
-Proficiency with RCM software and EHR systems
