Job Position – Sales Advisor

Department: Retail & Fleet Sales
Hiring for a motivated, results-driven to join our growing automotive sales team, handling both Retail and Fleet Sales of passenger and commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive retail and fleet sales to achieve monthly targets.
-Identify new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, prospecting, and corporate client acquisition.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
-Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and sales negotiations.
-Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
-Develop fleet sales opportunities with SMEs and corporate clients.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2–3 years of automotive sales experience in the UAE.
-Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
-Experience in retail and/or fleet automotive sales.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
-Willingness to conduct outdoor sales visits and business development activities.
-Bilingual candidates will have an added advantage.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
