Job Position – Sales Associate

Hiring an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue growth by promoting and selling our innovative range of creative services and products.
Responsibilities:
-Engage and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their creative requirements.
-Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
-Present our diverse portfolio of creative services and products to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
-Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client expectations and project scopes.
-Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and Ghaf Studios.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
-Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insights and suggestions for enhancing our offerings.
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales, preferably within the creative industry or related field.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.
-Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
-Adaptability and willingness to learn about Ghaf Studios’ offerings to effectively present and promote them.
-Knowledge of the creative process, design concepts, and multimedia production is a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
