Job Position – Sales / Business Development Professional

Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Professional to join our growing team in the Interior Fit-Out industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing high-value deals while contributing to business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities
– Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry platforms
– Build and maintain strong client relationships across the fit-out and construction sectors
– Develop and present tailored proposals aligned with client needs and project budgets
– Lead negotiations and successfully close deals
– Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Project Management) to deliver client-focused solutions
– Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports and forecasts
– Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
– Proven experience in Sales / Business Development within the Interior Fit-Out industry
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Ability to build long-term client relationships and partnerships
– Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
– Strategic thinker with strong market awareness
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
– Russian language is an advantage (not mandatory)
– Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel
