Job Position – Sales Coordinator

This is a hybrid role combining day-to-day sales coordination (quotations, order processing, client & vendor follow-ups) with sales operations responsibilities (CRM data management, pipeline reporting, forecasting support, and process discipline). The ideal candidate has prior experience in a mid-size IT solutions, systems integration, Cyber Security ,or technology distribution company in the UAE or GCC or India and is comfortable working across sales, presales, vendor/partner teams, finance, and delivery to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of the sales process.
Experience & Qualification:
-1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or sales operations role.
-Prior experience in a mid-size IT solutions / systems integrator / Cyber Security/ technology distribution company in the UAE/ GCC/India strongly preferred
-Working knowledge of enterprise IT solutions (software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related domains) and how B2B technology sales cycles operate is an advantage.
-Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, MS Dynamics, or similar) and ERP order processing.
-Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic reporting) MS Power Point and MS Office in general.
-Experience coordinating with OEMs/vendors/distributors on pricing and order management is a plus.
