Job Position – Sales Coordinator

This role is the vital link between our clients, Sales team, and Production floor — ensuring projects move seamlessly from enquiry to final delivery, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Enquiry & Quotation Management Process sales enquiries promptly Prepare accurate estimates and formal quotations (MS Excel & Word) Maintain strong response times to support sales momentum
-Order Conversion & Execution Verify job terms, payment milestones & timelines Convert approved quotes into Job Requests upon LPO receipt
Coordinate design, proofing, and production stages
-Production Scheduling & Tracking
Schedule jobs based on deadlines and production capacity
Maintain tracking systems to provide real-time order updates
-Quality Control & Coordination
Ensure materials availability with Production & Project teams
Monitor quality at key production stages
Coordinate across Design, Finishing & Installation teams
-Logistics & Client Support
Coordinate permits and installation briefs
Manage delivery documentation and installation reports
Support post-delivery client satisfaction follow-ups
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word (mandatory)
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong problem-solving ability
– High attention to detail
Working Environment:
Office-based role in Riyadh, with regular coordination on the production floor.
