Job Position – Sales Coordinator
Company Name – Avss Group
Location – Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via email, portal or phone regarding ELV systems.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and related documentation to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Review Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, understanding the detailed scope of work to support proposal development.
• Assist with vendor and portal registration processes to ensure timely onboarding.
• Coordinate effectively with technical and sales teams to streamline operations.
• Arrange site surveys, obtain relevant reports, and assign these reports to the sales team to prepare proposals.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to sales and technical teams for continuous improvement.
• Organize site visits, client meetings, and internal meetings.
• Ensure clear communication between sales, technical, and project teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of company records, project files, and other vital documents.
• Assign reports and tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion.
• Track sales activities and proposals, ensuring that all proposals are sent within deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, preferably in ELV or electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, intercoms, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
