Job Position – Sales Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and logistical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage resources, including manpower, materials, and time, to meet targets.
Oversee logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating with various departments and external vendors for timely delivery.
Handle clerical duties such as phone calls, document preparation, and maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
Analyze operational data, manage product inventory, and process expense reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, resolve issues related to shipments, billing, and statements.
Regularly communicate with sales executives and upper management.
Provide front desk coverage and order office supplies as needed.
Perform other related duties to support the company’s operations.
