Job Position – Sales Coordinator
Company Name – iDrink Super Food
For the Beverage Industry
Whose primary responsibility will be lead generation and managing projects through to completion.
They will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and opportunities.
Maintain and update customer and supplier databases, and manage the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries in coordination with the BDM.
Oversee projects and orders, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the logistics team.
Organize and coordinate sales meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Prepare necessary documents including product specifications, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and related shipping paperwork.
Address customer and supplier complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage the shipment of samples from origin to destination.
Maintain and track databases for samples, projects, and other related information.
Ensure all projects are up to date and on track.
