Job Position – Sales Coordinator / Sales & Service Coordinator
Company Name – Al Mazroui Medical Group
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE healthcare or medical supply industry in a sales coordination or combined sales & service support role
– Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Focus and SAP
– Experience in tender preparation, quotations, RFQs, contract renewals, and commercial documentation
– Exposure to service coordination including job tracking, work order management, maintenance records, and warranty follow-up
– Familiarity with LPOs, invoicing, delivery documentation, spare parts handling, and logistics coordination
– Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments
– Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills
