Job Position – Sales Executive

Hiring for a dynamic and result-oriented with experience in Hard Facilities Management (FM) to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in Hard FM / MEP / HVAC / Facilities Management sales.
Proven experience in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Maintenance services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Promote Hard FM services, including HVAC, MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil Maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow up on leads.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
