Job Position – Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
– Pursue new business in soft services like cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and manpower within the FM industry
– Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
– Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
– Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
– Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
– Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years’ sales experience in soft services (UAE Experience preferred)
– Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
– Knowledge of UAE soft services market & key stakeholders
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
– Valid UAE driving license.
