Requirements:

– Proven track record in client-facing roles, managing tenders, and driving revenue growth.
– Sound understanding of MEP services, integrated facilities management (IFM), and fit-out/ad-hoc works.
– Strong communication skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business facilities management or related field.
