Requirement:
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience with top real estate developers in Dubai
– Proven personal sales contribution of AED 75-100 million annually
– Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
– Well-groomed, professional & goal-oriented personality
– Fluency in English, Hindi & Arabic (preferred)
– Immediate joiners will be given priority
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop & execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
– Build & maintain strong relationships with HNW clients & investors
– Coordinate with marketing & business development teams
– Analyze market trends & identify new business opportunities
– Prepare accurate sales reports & forecasts
– Lead negotiations & close high-value deals
