Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales & business development in industrial and energy sectors, having awareness of the basic alignment, vibration and lubrication practices and trends.
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
-Experience in managing, training, and mentoring sales teams
-Expertise in developing winning sales strategies and closing high-value deals
-Strong knowledge of Qatar’s industrial and energy landscape
-Excellent interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
-Proficient in sales automation tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), ?Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics software
