Job Position – Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Hiring for an experienced International Business Development with 10–15+ years of experience in the fragrance, personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive international B2B sales and business development.
Identify and acquire new international clients, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Generate OEM, ODM, and private label business.
Pitch our manufacturing capabilities to global brands and buyers.
Manage the complete international sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Develop new export markets and strengthen existing accounts.
Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in international business development and sales.
Strong network within the fragrance, personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Proven record of achieving international sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience in export business and international trade.
Willingness to travel internationally.
