To lead and manage our sales operations for the Spices and Fresh Food category across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key clients and distributors, managing the sales team, and ensuring consistent market expansion and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and
annual sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to
identify growth opportunities.
Forecast sales volumes and plan inventory accordingly for the Spices & Fresh
Food segment.

• Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and merchandisers.
Set clear objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to
ensure continuous improvement.

• Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, wholesalers,
HORECA clients, and distributors in the region.
Handle key account negotiations and resolve client issues efficiently.

• Territory Management:
Oversee all sales activities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain to ensure optimal territory
coverage and penetration.
Identify and onboard new customers in both modern and traditional trade
channels.

• Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and UAE regulatory
requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Spices, Fresh Produce, or Perishable Food categories.
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets in the UAE market.

Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain FMCG retail and wholesale landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
