AAE is recruiting for a commercial, technically confident Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Estimation teams and drive new business across the MENA defence sector. This role suits a hunter who can open doors, build pipeline, and convert engineered?to?order opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Sales & Estimation teams
– Grow defence business across MENA
– Review fabrication drawings and support accurate costings
– Develop proposals aligned with engineering and production
– Engage defence primes and OEM customers
Ideal Profile
– Proven defence sales/BD experience
– Strong ability to read metal fabrication drawings
– Experience in metal processing or technical manufacturing
– Background managing sales or estimation teams
-Blast/ballistic protection knowledge is a plus
