Job Position – Sales Supervisor – FMCG

Location: Qatar
Zaychem International Trading WLL is expanding its operations in Qatar, and we are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. Seeking a passionate sales professional with strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in the FMCG industry, preferably in Home Care, Detergents, and Personal Care products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
– Expand market coverage and strengthen distribution across Qatar.
– Develop new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
– Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and retail execution.
– Monitor sales performance, collections, and outstanding receivables.
– Identify market opportunities and execute strategies to increase market share.
Ideal Candidate:
– Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Qatar.
– Proven experience in supervising and managing sales teams.
– Strong knowledge of Qatar’s retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
– Target-driven with a hands-on approach to market execution.
– Valid Qatar driving licence must.
