Role & Responsibilities
- Must have driving license of UAE
- Owning a car is an advantage (Preferred)
- Sales Management
- Previous experience of working for IT Hardware & Printing Consumables is a Plus
- Supplier selection & onboarding
- Setting up required system & processes at distributors to drive day to day business
- Sales planning
- Drive monthly sales targets
- Developing channel to drive sales of focus products
- Build connection with CE+IT retailers in the given territory
- Operations management:
- Understand all the system’s & processes to drive day to day business effectively
- Drive regular training programs to achieve highest level of product knowledge
Key Skill Sets
- Good communication skills. Knowhow of local language is added advantage.
- Good knowledge of excel, able to interpret data & comfortable working with data
- Comfortable with travelling, 4-5 days in a week
