Hiring SAP Testing Lead
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
• Have at least over 10 years of SAP Testing experience and done at least 2 end to end S4 Hana implementations
• Prepare and adhere to the overall test team strategy and test methodologies
• Write test plans in conjunction with the project manager and stakeholders
• Analyze requirements and design specifications in order to identify test scenarios.
• Create test scenarios, test cases and associated test data
• Ensure defect resolution is managed on priority within the project timelines, liaising with project managers and work stream leads as required
• Work closely with external clients and internal project teams during the defect management lifecycle
• Generate regular reports across the testing cycle to ensure project managers, account managers and clients where appropriate are informed on the status of the testing cycles
• Lead the test team with multiple testers at Onsite & Offshore
• Ensuring that all technical preparations have been completed prior to commencing test activities i.e. test environments stable and ready for use, entry criteria met, test accounts set-up, access devices ready for testing
• Ensuring that sap test scripts are maintained and managed.
• Supporting user acceptance testing uat activities as required
• Reporting on progress of test activities and against entry exit criteria
• Conducting full analysis of the results returned and handing over any defects which, upon review, are found to be valid.
• Good communication skills
