Hiring for SDDC & Server Administrator -L3 Abu Dhabi, UAE Location.

Skill Set Required: (Mandate Skill Set)
• Should have hands-on experience in: Windows 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, VMware and HyperV Servers, Citrix Servers / M365 / Azure AD / Hybrid Online Exchange
• Should have worked on below products: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), ME Desktop Central, Qualys
• Should have hands on Enterprise antivirus solutions like Symmantec, Trend Micro, McAfee etc..
• Should have hands-on experience in: Storage (Nutanix & other products), Backup, Citrix (XenApp & Xen Desktop), VMware (Esxi, V-Center, Horizon) and Hyper-V Servers.
• Should have worked on below products: Veeam Backup and Replication, Veeam One and Acronis backup Candidate should have: • Good understanding of ITIL process and adhere to ITIL-compliant Service Management processes • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. • Ability to prioritize and organize work in a in a multi-tasked environment • Ability to work in a team fostered environment. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Basic Qualifications • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Certifications in MS technologies. • ITIL certification, preferred • VMware and Citrix Certification, preferred • Azure certifications, Preferred Other Qualifications
• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good communication skills • Organization skills to balance and prioritize work • Analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment Work Environment • Office environment • May require shift work / On-call, weekend • On-call 24/7 for incident management and datacenter emergency response
