Job Position – Senior CAFM Coordinator

Requirements:
– Proven Experience in CAFM system operations and management.
– Hands-on Experience with CAFM software such as Facilio, IBM Maximo, or equivalent platforms.
– Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management industry.
– Experience in CAFM-BMS Integration Projects- ability to manage and support system integration with Building Management Systems.
– Technical Qualifications and strong understanding of Facilities Management processes and standards.
