Job Position – Senior Civil / Architectural Draftsman
Company Name – Leaders Fort
Location: Dubai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Preparing and revising civil, structural, reinforcement, and architectural shop drawings.
-Producing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing from approved structural drawings.
-Developing detailed construction drawings — foundations, rafts, slabs, beams, columns, walls, and staircases.
-Preparing architectural sections, elevations, details, and as-built drawings.
-Coordinating drawings across structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines to eliminate clashes.
-Ensuring all drawings comply with project specs, standards, and UAE authority requirements.
-Supporting engineers during consultant reviews and responding to technical comments.
-Maintaining drawing registers and tracking timely submission of revisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
-Minimum 7 years of UAE construction drafting experience.
-Expert proficiency in AutoCAD — Revit / BIM knowledge is an advantage.
-Strong hands-on experience in reinforcement detailing and BBS preparation.
-Exposure to villas, high-rise, commercial, and fit-out projects.
-Familiarity with consultant submission requirements and UAE authority standards.
-High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines independently
