Job Position – Senior Data Engineer
Company Name – Halian
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and modeling across Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
-Configure and manage Informatica solutions including IICS, PowerCenter, and Secure Agent integrations
-Implement and support Data Quality (DQ) rules using Azure Purview and track remediation activities
-Collaborate with Data Architects to implement target data models and onboard new source systems
-Document pipeline logic, transformation rules, and technical specifications for governance and audit requirements
Required Skills
-7+ years of Data Engineering experience
-Strong hands-on experience with Informatica (IICS, PowerCenter, Secure Agent)
-Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview, and Microsoft Fabric
-Strong SQL and Python/PySpark development skills
-Experience with Data Quality frameworks, remediation workflows, and Medallion Data Architecture
Nice to Have
-Experience within Government or Public Sector projects
-Informatica Certifications
-Microsoft Azure Data Engineer (DP-203) Certification
